PHAR 401  - Introduction to Pharmacy in the United States  (3 Credits)  
This course will provide students with a comprehensive introduction to the profession of pharmacy. It will explore the history of pharmacy and its evolving scope of practice; examine educational and career pathways; and allow students to gain insights into the regulatory and ethical considerations of pharmacy practice and more.
PHAR 402  - Gamecock Pharmacy Assurance to PharmD Bridge Course I  (1 Credit)  
This course provides students with opportunities for structured engagement and hands-on activities intended to prepare them for entry to the professional Doctor of Pharmacy degree program.
PHAR 403  - Gamecock Pharmacy Assurance to PharmD Bridge Course II  (1 Credit)  
Building upon PHAR 402, this course provides students with opportunities for ongoing engagement and hands-on activities intended to prepare them for entry to the professional Doctor of Pharmacy degree program.
Prerequisites: C or higher in PHAR 402.
PHAR 527  - Problems in Pharmacy I  (1-6 Credits)  
Conferences, assignments, and laboratory. Elective course. Contract approved by instructor, advisor, and department head is required for undergraduate students.
